The Theatre Advisory Group (TAG) within the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health has made available a free online guide for those working on the design and manufacture of theatrical sets.
It’s aimed at directors, producers, set designers. and covers each stage of building a theatrical set.
The guide was devised after TAG members realised that despite the risks of machinery developed for on-set use, there was no guide for managing those risks.
