Bronze H&S Package from just £99 per month.
Includes most of the essential health and safety items needed by most small to medium businesses such as:

  • Your own PTSO - Part Time Safety Officer
  • H&S Policy documents reviewed, revised or created;
  • Our name as your designated ‘Safety Advisor’ on your company literature and website or when completing PQQs, tender H&S questionnaires and accreditations such as CHAS, Constructionline, Safe Contractor etc.
  • Range of easy-to-use H&S Checklists tailored to your business for the on-going management of health & safety;
  • Regular training material and H&S updates;
  • On-going telephone and email support from a certified DipNEBOSH, CMIOSH and OSHCR registered consultant. 
  • You can add an on-site visit and compliance Audit for an extra £19 a month.

Option 2: 
Comprehensive Silver H&S Pack from £149 per month.
Includes all of Option 1 plus a range of items suited to those that want less hassle and more of the work done for them.

Includes all of Options 1 and 2 and more suited to those companies with higher risks.

Option 4: 
Monthly Competent Person Package: From £59 per month includes:
  • Our name and CV as your designated ‘Safety Advisor’ on your company literature and website. This can be useful for: Gaining contracts from Clients; Presenting to Inspectors / Assessors (i.e. HSE, Fire Inspectors, Insurance Asessors, CQC, OFSTEAD etc.); When completing PQQs, tender H&S questionnaires and accreditations such as CHAS, Constructionline, Safe Contractor etc.Membership certificate.
  • On-going telephone and email health and safety support.
  • Monthly Health and Safety Newsletter.
  • On-going legislation updates and hints, tips and advice on simple, sensible, safety.
  • Review, advice and assistance on your health and safety documentation.
  • Use of a fully qualified and highly experienced Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH); Member of the OSHC Register and DipNEBOSH Consultant.

Option 5: 
£79 per month gains you CHAS; SafeContractor; Exor or Constructionline - guaranteed pass.
Many more smaller contractors are now being required to achieve one of the SSIP recognised accreditations. Since these schemes were formally approved by the HSE in Nov 2015, they have become more and more difficult to achieve.

However, we can take the stress and hassle out of this process and will get you a Pass and accredited - we handle your application until approval is gained. We can also help with much of the extra H&S documentation or training you may need for these Applications, and carry out the time-consuming uploading of all your documents for you.

Option 6: 
£95 hourly office rate for flexible use of a fully qualified and experienced Safety Officer.
Excellent pay-as-you-go way to complete essential H&S projects that need expert assistance.

On-site day rate: £750 plus travel (if outside London).
On-site half day: £495 plus travel (if outside London).

Certificated H&S Training from £397 per session.
Certificated Health and Safety training session for your staff - held on your site or one our three training venues (Croydon, Morden or Bromley). Topics covered will be tailored to your site and staff, and include:

Asbestos Awareness £397 (2.5 hours - up to 20 staff)
Confined Space Safety £497 (3.5 hours - up to 10 staff)
Confined Space + Safety Harness combined course £647 (5 hours - up to 10 staff) 
Computer (DSE) Safety £397 (2.5 hours - up to 20 staff)
Chemical (COSHH) Safety £397 (2.5 hours - up to 20 staff)
Fire Warden Training £397 (2.5 hours - up to 12 staff)
H&S For Managers V1 £497 (4 hours - up to 10 staff)
H&S For Managers V2 £797 (8 hours - up to 10 staff)
Manual Handling Basics £397 (2.5 hours - up to 20 staff)
Risk Assessments + Method Statements £397 (2.5 hours - up to 20 staff) 
Work at Height £497 (3.5 hours - up to 10 staff)

All Courses include Certificates, course Hand-outs, practical sessions and a question and answer session. Some may require a multiple-choice quiz. Suitable for numbers shown but some can have extra staff added for just £20 per person extra for course materials and Certificates.

Asbestos Survey from £299.
All employers with premises have a duty to have in place an asbestos management plan and this survey is the best, and most cost-effective start to any plan. All samples taken for lab analysis are free. A full Report will be sent within 7 working days.

Option 9: 
Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) From £299.
All businesses with premises and 5 or more employees MUST undertake a written Fire Risk Assessment - even if the premises are rented or leased. This Option is designed to ensure you comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005. Price includes free staff Fire Safety training. A recent update in this legislation requires employers to take into account the fire safety training of any employee undertaking fire safety in the workplace.

Option 10: 
DSE Display Screen Equipment - Computer Workstation Assessments from £99 per workstation*.
An independent assessment of your computer workstations in order to to help staff appreciate the requirements of the DSE Regulations, and understand how to rectify the potential problems caused by DSE work. The visit includes on-site advice and assistance, along with a full written report and a sample DSE Assessment Form.

Prices:
£149 for single workstation
£119 each for two workstations
£99 each for three or more workstations.

Option 11: 
AUDIT: Businesses up to 20 staff. From £697.
The Audit is an essential tool for you to help the process of on-going improvements and can be used by the Authorities as proof of a commitment to improved and sustained health and safety. Furthermore, Audit reports are often used to satisfy Insurance Inspectors in order to reduce business insurance premiums. This Audit will help you meet your legal obligations under Regulation 5 of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, which requires employers to ‘monitor and review the protective measures put in place for Health and Safety at work’. Finally, the Audit helps identify areas of high risk within your operations and thereby reduce potential losses.

Multi-site Audits are available upon request.
